About Environmental Advocates Action
Environmental Advocates Action was formed in 1969 as one of the first organizations in the nation to advocate for the future of a state’s environment and the health of its citizens. As the environmental conscience of New York, Environmental Advocates Action through its advocacy, coalition building, education, and policy expertise, has been ensuring that environmental laws are enacted and enforced, anti-environmental laws are defeated, and the public participation in environmental policy debate occurs in a meaningful way.
